CANCELLATION POLICY

The booking deposit is 100% refundable for up to 24 hours. No refund after afterwards.

In case of cancellation, 80% of the balance will be refunded or 100% of the balance can be credited for a later date.
INSURANCE
- Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur to the assigned motorcycle.
- B46 offers insurance for $250 that would cover any loss up to $2,500. Any repair in excess of that amount must be covered by guests.
PAYMENT
- Reservations must be made through B46.ca or through an authorized travel agency.
- At booking, 10% of the amount is due. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the departure.
COVID POLICY
In accordance with the general rules put in place by the federal and provincial authorities, B46 has adopted a code of conduct for the management of our operations, in order to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19.
- General symptoms
In case you have symptoms, please do not participate in our activities.
- Social distancing rules
B46 and its staff minimize close contact and adhere to current distancing practices. We invite you to do the same.
- Equipment disinfection
B46 provides our customers with equipment such as motorcycles, radios and GPS which are cleaned with disinfectant solutions and/or wipes before allocation. This equipment is not transferable and is intended for personal use.
