Terms and Conditions

To confirm a booking, a CAD $500 deposit per person is required.
This deposit is refundable within 24 hours of payment. After this period, it becomes non-refundable.

The final payment is due 30 days before departure.

Once the final payment is made, the total amount is non-refundable.

In case of cancellation:
• More than 30 days before departure: only the deposit will be retained.
• 14 days or less before departure: no refund will be issued.

These conditions help ensure smooth logistics with our accommodation partners and guarantee a quality experience for all our travelers.

Payments must be made exclusively through an authorized agency, namely:
• B46 Adventure
• Planet Ride (official partner)

Accepted payment methods are:
• Visa credit card
• Mastercard credit card
• Bank transfer

No other payment method will be accepted unless previously agreed upon in writing.

If a motorcycle is rented as part of our activities, a CAD $3,000 security deposit is required on the day of departure, exclusively by credit card pre-authorization. No other payment method is accepted for this deposit.

This pre-authorization is held for the duration of the activity and released at the end, provided the motorcycle is returned in good condition.

In case of damage, the pre-authorization may be held for up to 14 days, to allow time for a detailed repair estimate to be issued.

A rental agreement must be signed on the day of departure.

By booking an activity with B46 Adventure, each participant acknowledges and accepts the following responsibilities:

• Timely arrival: Clients must arrive at the activity on time and at the specified location. No refund will be issued in case of lateness or absence.
• Mandatory personal gear: Clients must arrive with appropriate personal gear, including a certified helmet, motorcycle boots covering the ankles, gloves, body protection (at minimum a jacket with protection), weather-appropriate clothing, and any other items recommended by B46 Adventure. Personal gear is not guaranteed to be available for loan.
• Physical and medical condition: Clients agree to be in good physical condition and free from any medical condition that could compromise their safety or that of the group.
• Compliance with safety instructions: Clients must follow the guides’ instructions at all times. Dangerous or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the activity without refund.
• Legal compliance: For activities involving motorcycle riding, clients must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle used.
• Care of rented equipment: In case of vehicle rental, clients are responsible for using the equipment prudently and reasonably. Any damage resulting from negligence may be charged.
• Personal insurance: Clients are advised to have travel insurance that covers off-road motor sports. B46 Adventure cannot be held responsible for medical or emergency transport costs.
