Cancellation and refund policy
- Reservation deposits will refund 100%, only if cancelation is done within 24 hour. No refund after 24 hours.
- The balance must be paid in full no later than one month before the trip.
- In case of cancelation we will refund 50% of the balance paid.
What happens if you scratch or damage a rental bike at B46?
We organize our trips so that it is very rare that serious damage occurs – but let’s face it – riding an AT in an off-road environment will put the bike in a situation where damage can occur easily. We recognize this and we have a reasonably indulgent damage policy.
You will be responsible for the actual damage to the bike. If you break a lighthouse or fairing, you will be charged the actual price of the spare part and modest installation costs. If you “scratched” the paint half of the bike, we will have to repaint … and you will be charged accordingly. The way we look at damage is what you would do if the bike was yours? Small scratches are scars of battles … but the damage must be repaired.
1. Insurance. You are responsible for any damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us and the motorcycle. Your insurance is paramount for any insurance we can provide. If we are required by law to provide liability insurance, we will provide a liability insurance policy (the “policy”) that is in excess of any other available and recoverable insurance, whether primary, surplus or contingent. The policy will provide liability coverage with limits not exceeding the minimum financial amounts required by the law of the state whose laws apply to the loss. You and we reject the PIP, medical payments, no fault, no insurance and underinsured motorist coverage, where permitted by law.
